Meeting a homeless man

I don't know what to call it, but last night I had one of those moments that I think is one of the reasons I'm now travelling for. I'm in Port Elizabeth, South Africa visiting one of my best friends from Finland and last night was a birthday dinner of a Zambian girl. My friend was invited and I too was welcome to join.

While we were waiting for food and talking to two German girls opposite of us, I saw an old homeless-looking man outside. I had this feeling that someone is guiding me to do something so I went out. I asked him how he was and looking deep into my eyes he started a monologue about his life. While he was talking I felt some healing happening and he started smiling and at times he even laughed. He had been homeless for four years for his dad had died and stepmother kicked him out. He said something about God that made me ask whether he's an old soul. He said yes. Can you remember your past lives? Yes. He told me he had been some kind of a soldier and killed people. He told me that in this life he is a millionaire but in 1985 he was diagnosed with schizophrenia and somehow has no access to the money anymore.

Now I don't mind whether he lied or not, that part doesn't really matter, for my part there was to listen and care. I got a feeling I wanted to give him money so I asked if there's an ATM near by. He said there is one in 200 meters but am I sure I want to come with him, "I'm a crazy man". I know I'm protected so I wasn't scared of him, but I told him we're having dinner now but after that I could come. Went back inside and told my friend what had just happened. She has lived here since January and knows it ain't safe for a white girl to walk alone in the dark and had some cash so I took her R50 (worth of a nice meal) and went to him.

He had a bottle of something brown so probably whisky and was smoking a cigarette. I told him that I wasn't gonna come to the ATM but I have this for you. I asked him where he got the money for the bottle and cigarettes. He told me that he sells flutes (that he had on him). I asked him what will he buy with this and he said bread and milk. I said no alcohol and no cigarettes. Do you want to kill yourself? No. Then no alcohol and no cigarettes. He said he wants to see me again if I could give him my number. I told him I'm an angel and I'm here now. ( :DDDDDD WHAT?! Told you someone was guiding me... wasn't my words xD) I told him to take care and went inside. He ended up smiling and waving at me and jump-dancing before he left. Glad I could make someone happy.

Get rid of negative energy

(Don't take my words for the exact truth but this is how I understand energy.)

Everything's energy, especially our thoughts and because of different mindsets we vibrate on different levels. The more positive thoughts (based on love) one has, the higher his vibration. Where our thoughts go, so does the energy. So for example if you are thinking about someone with love, you are sending them good energy that is healing and if you think negative about someone for example dirty gossiping, the negative energy goes to that person. Usually we sense if someone doesn't like us, no matter how they try to smile and be nice. It's the thoughts that count.

There is so much negative energy around us, especially in big cities where people are stressed out or busy. They tend to be annoyed easily by things that in the bigger picture really don't matter. And because the energy exists around the body as an aura, it mixes with other peoples energies. If you're energy is low and you are close to someone with higher vibration, you're energies mix and you end up feeling better and the other one ends up feeling worse without knowing why - unless the one with the higher vibration knows how to protect their energy so that it won't drain.

Getting rid of negative energy is easier than we think. Maybe because usually we don't think. Nature provides healing energy at it's best and trees for example are extremely powerful. Once I was leaning on a huge tree while watching a beautiful sunset from a forest near my home that I felt my shoulder and chest relaxing while touching the tree. There are many nice ways of releasing negative energy from the body or the atmosphere for example massage, reiki, meditation, sauna, salt bath, fire, dancing, stretching, jumping or shaking it off with any movement what so ever. The latest one I figured while I was in the shower was skin brushing!

Because energy is always everywhere, it is important to take care of your own. People still are pretty judgemental and jealous, for they have fears or insecurities of their own. If you don't like when people close to you judge others or otherwise share negativity, you don't have to be around them. Thoughts will also manifest future, so the more positive things you think about, the more positive things happen. Same goes with the negative. It's all about Karma. What you give is what you get, in some form or another. So be aware of your thought patterns so that you can change them. It's pretty easy. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, say stop, or sorry for this, didn't mean to think like that and change it to something positive. You are the creator of your future and the Universal Energies want to help you giving you what you give out.

This was only a scratch about how to get rid of your own or other people's *#%!. Take care of your energy, you will love it.

Yoga - with it's meditation, breathing and grounding techniques, life style choices and Asana practice, will open your Chakras - Energy Centers, that will also higher your vibration, strengthen your intuition and open you for the Universal energies to come on Earth. People who live like this are the most happiest, successful and loving people. Their third eyes are open so they understand life more than the ones that have it closed. Yoga is an idea whose time has come. Begin loving yourself and life itself. Start manifesting everything you would like to do while you're alive and take steps necessary to achieve your goals.

Yoga can be done anywhere, anytime. Whenever you need to stand, for example while you're waiting a bus, you could stand in some asana. All you really need to be conscious about is your breathing and the muscles or joints you are working on. The idea is to relax and strengthen all your everything. When you think of it, a human being is a walking bone collection that is covered with muscles, joints and skin, plus all the different systems under the skin for example Energy and Instincts that are both not very much taken advantage of in the Collective Consciousness. Although at the moment we all are co-writing this Universal chapter of Spiritual Evolution.

There are many web pages that share the knowledge about everything already known about existance. What I have loved reading especially mindbodygreen.com and spiritscience.net. Spirit Science also has awesome short videos on YouTube. YouTube is also an awesome channel to get information about anything. It's like a Free School. New Earth has begun.

Cecca Care - What is it and why do I care

Cecca Care is a whole new concept for child care. Wherever I am, Cecca Care is. I am a World Traveller, Cecca Yoga Dance Teacher, Writer, Artist and a Healer and in the future will be many more. I have studied social problems and child care amongst other emotional, spiritual or health related wisdoms. I love dancing, massaging, making music, creating new ideas, living truly from the heart and helping people that cross my path by ways I am good at.

I love children. They are pure and unique souls before social problems come and put all the weight on them. What I give them as they come to my day care is love, courage, trust in themselves and space to be who they are without judgement. We explore nature, learn new things and find our own hidden powers. We all have some.

Health the way I see it

We are living in a time where health is overrated, underrated and misunderstood in so many levels that it is quite hard to say what it actually is. People as well as doctors destroy it by their own choices and ignorance.

Our bodies are our homes, vehicles and business cards and how we treat them says a lot about who we are and what we know and don't know. Good news is that we can turn our ship at any time, open our eyes to the truth, forgive ourselves for the things we've done and left undone and begin learning stuff we hadn't known that can assist us on the way to health.

Every one of us wants to be healthy but most of us are not. Our bodies have ways of showing us when we go wrong. Pain is one, impurities another. Anxiousness, anger, laziness, boredom - just to name a few - are emotions and feelings a healthy human being should stop experiencing. But it takes a lot of work, internal and external, to get to that point. Our bodies are connected to our minds and our souls, and our hearts play a huge role in the game of health.

When we are not in our hearts, we are in our heads and more often than not the thoughts are too negative. The mind is a beautiful servant but a dangerous master (said someone) and negative thoughts manifest a negative life.

So to me health includes the way you move your body, the way you fuel it, the way you handle your mind and the way you nourish your soul. None of these are hard, in fact, the journey of health feels better the minute you start walking it.

Some easy tips you can try whenever, wherever 

Pay attention to the things you do and how they are helping you
Move, massage or stretch your muscles and body parts and get to know your body
Stop talking negatively to yourself and others
Go to a grocery store like going on an adventure and try for example fruits or legumes you've never tried before
Sing songs you loved when you were younger
Write funny stories about your past, or any other emotion stories you wish to write about
Go to the woods and connect with nature
Breathe deeply filling your lungs with fresh air for a few minutes
Dance to different rhythms you're used to and try finding your flow with each
Call someone you haven't talked to in a while
Hug someone just because
Smile at a stranger
Go for a walk and catch people's eyes
Burn candles, for fire clears negative energy
Talk to your soul and ask for it's guidance when facing challenges (then be open to see the answers)
Ditch (or decrease) coffee, meat and dairy, for they lower vibration (as do alcohol, tobacco and chemicals)

Keeping a journal and writing down your thoughts is a great help on the way to health. But don't be hard on yourself. Take baby steps. Changing the way of life is not easy. But it is worth it.
