Your energy changes your looks

Our energy changes the way we look like. If you think about your face, which emotions can you find there? Is it a happy face? Is it a face that's relaxed and carefree or do you see worries there? Maybe anger or frustration? Your most common emotions can be seen from your face, because of the muscles you use while feeling. And depending on your life years, or the depth of your emotions, the deeper your facial expressions are.

At this point you might want to look in the mirror and either smile like yeah I'm happy and let it be, try different facial expressions or let your face just be and observe. Doesn't quite matter which you do, because your eyes are what really counts here. The emotions are seen in your eyes with the help of your face muscles. And that's a funny thing because normally we don't see our eyes or faces. Everyone else does. So whatever there is happening in your mind, no one can know for sure, but your eyes won't lie and neither does your energy.

If we constantly think negative about ourselves, let's say our thighs, our arms or our face, we actually create more negative energy in those areas. It's not bullshit when it says somewhere that you have to first start loving your body to get the body you'll love. Me, for example, I tried it many times for a short while, but it wasn't until I really got it when I switched my ways of thinking and started treating my body as a temple - most of the time. But most of the time is all that matters.

What I did was I apologised my body parts I hadn't loved and began massaging and stretching them, dancing more sexy, getting creative and practicing other movements and giving myself reiki. If I don't do some of these often, my body will give me pain as signs that woman, keep on moving. These days, whenever someone has pain somewhere, I get excited and try to fix it. I know a thing or two that might just do the trick. I also show some pretty effective stretch moves - inspired by yoga and Qigong.

Illnesses develop more or less because there's an imbalance of some kind in your body-mind-spirit connection. People don't like hearing about alternative medicine (that is actually the first and real medicine, natures own healing system), for I don't know they love eating disgusting stuff a lot and wasting their money, time and energy on talking shit, getting wasted or killing time or their cells. I want to put my energy on something good. Which is one of the reasons I'm writing about things like these. Another reason is that I really wish other people would understand the power of their thoughts, what they are energetically doing to others (or themselves) just by thinking or saying negative things about them.

Anyway, back to the first chapter, there is something you can do to start changing your face. (:DDD) With the help of deep breathing, try relaxing your face muscles bit by bit. It takes some practice because it's not something we often do. What I've noticed, it's easier for example in the sauna or before going to sleep, lying down. Another thing what you can do, is to squeeze your face in different ways and stretch it like you're looking like confused or surprised. Then there's face massage. Massage your eyebrow area, forehead and cheeks, and under your ears from where the chin begins. You can stretch your ears as well. Try it, get creative. In the end, you are your best doctor.

Happy holidays, or happy every day for that matter! If your days are not happy, I hope they will be. Stay light, Cecca.

Angels at work

These days, I'm letting God handle all things above me....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jtorXUM3v0

So I sold my apartment in August and now I travel trying to make the world a better place for the souls not so fortunate. I'm in Johannesburg, South Africa, staying at HomeBase Melville (which is very nice) and today after I got coffee from the petrol station near by, I met a 16 yo local Zulu girl. She was smelling, her clothes weren't nice and her hair was short and she looked a bit like a boy (only painting the picture here). First she was asking for money for a dentist, because she had pain. I asked what's wrong with your teeth and she showed me that she has black lower back teeth or what's left of them. I put my one hand on her chin and she told me her story. She and her 22 yo sister are sleeping behind Shell on the street, they got two spots there. They are (or were) sex slaves of an older black man and sometimes get to shower (no idea how and where). They beg for money or for food each day and most people are very rude and tell them "Yeah you ran away from home and are using drugs, go back home and stop telling bullshit stories". I hugged her and put my hand on her back and felt some healing happening. I'm healing you, can you feel it? "Yeah yeah something is happening, you are making me happy also".

We were walking from the Shell to the backpackers (200m) and were already standing in front of the gate because I wanted to get her something to eat and the backpackers workers asked me to come inside. Apparently they know the girl and doesn't believe her bullshit. And they are all the same they just want your money and use drugs. Now I had to say that I know better. And I'm healing her, that this is my work this is what I do now. And that I'm going back to her. Took an apple and a small bag of nuts and seeds and went outside. I asked her what would she want to be when she grows up and she said she'd want to be a rapper. Then I told her that maybe she was a gangsta rapper in her past life and killed people so now her soul has to experience something else. I asked her where does she feel like she lived and who she knew, and she said Chicago and probably B.I.G and Tupac. She started freestyling in english and it was really good. She made up a high five/fist bump type of thing that just came to her mind. She said she wants to rap about God and preach how great God really is. Then she rapped in Zulu as well and I got it in video but without any voice. ;( I told her she can be whatever she wants, that I met another local young kid who raps as well so when I come back here I have a hiphop team already.

I showed her some easy and effective stretch moves and told her about the power of trees and we were leaning on a tree while we were talking. I asked how much the dentist would cost and she said probably R300 (20€) and I told her I'll take her there tomorrow. We went to Shell again and I bought her bread, milk, orange juice, beans and eggs that she's gonna cook with fire somewhere. Hope she manages. Otherwise she would've gone begging.

...So I sold my apartment and am now travelling the world doing things like these. I've got money for now, I've got a roof every night (unless I don't need one), I'm in a position of being able to share and care and I know how to do it - and that's what I'll continue doing while I go. Angels and Spirit are working with me and through me and I'm listening. I'm writing another blog (ceccatravels.blogspot.com) as well about travelling and sometimes these articles include both, travelling and healing and I choose which blog I wish to use in each case.

Don't judge a book by it's covers. The more you read the more you'll know. Blessings <3

I LOVE dancing

I love dancing. I do it if not every day, then all day some days, just to get back on track. Doesn't matter which track, I'll find my flow in any kind of music. Some types I never listen to, for they mess up my vibe, but sometimes I dance even without any music. Or sure there's music, rhythm at least inside my head. We do have imaginations ey? I love using mine. And I love dancing.

Here's a song I've never heard before, but I like it. And yeah, it's danceable. So what I do is I open Soundcloud, either put one of my playlists on or find random songs. Then I start to dance. I could start with warming up the muscles (all of them) with different small movements, basically you either stretch a muscle or use it. It also depends on where I feel tension from where I start. The place where I do it changes as well, is there a doorway that I would use to stretch my chest (heart-opening) arms and armpits (energy flows through hands if your chakras are open). Thighs are the biggest muscles (or should be, ey?) in a body and through feet and legs the energy goes unless they are too tight.

Massage is always an option and you don't even have to pay for it, you can easily do it yourself. It also makes you more aware of your body when you give it loving attention, or, if you are lucky and you have someone who is good at massaging and loves to do it, well, use them. And share your own loving touch as well. Every muscle is as important (there are 650 skeletal muscles alone in the body) but those you use the most are the ones that need the most relaxing. Dancing to different rhythms than usual and finding your own flow by moving your body even in weird ways will help you become aware of your many muscles.

Here's another vibe to try out.

Enjoy dancing.
