I love dancing. I do it if not every day, then all day some days, just to get back on track. Doesn't matter which track, I'll find my flow in any kind of music. Some types I never listen to, for they mess up my vibe, but sometimes I dance even without any music. Or sure there's music, rhythm at least inside my head. We do have imaginations ey? I love using mine. And I love dancing.
Here's a song I've never heard before, but I like it. And yeah, it's danceable. So what I do is I open Soundcloud, either put one of my playlists on or find random songs. Then I start to dance. I could start with warming up the muscles (all of them) with different small movements, basically you either stretch a muscle or use it. It also depends on where I feel tension from where I start. The place where I do it changes as well, is there a doorway that I would use to stretch my chest (heart-opening) arms and armpits (energy flows through hands if your chakras are open). Thighs are the biggest muscles (or should be, ey?) in a body and through feet and legs the energy goes unless they are too tight.
Massage is always an option and you don't even have to pay for it, you can easily do it yourself. It also makes you more aware of your body when you give it loving attention, or, if you are lucky and you have someone who is good at massaging and loves to do it, well, use them. And share your own loving touch as well. Every muscle is as important (there are 650 skeletal muscles alone in the body) but those you use the most are the ones that need the most relaxing. Dancing to different rhythms than usual and finding your own flow by moving your body even in weird ways will help you become aware of your many muscles.
Here's another vibe to try out.
Enjoy dancing.
XX, Cecca
